Recognized as a trailblazer in optimizing processes, she has a proven ability to quickly implement efficient solutions that address complex challenges.
Sara is an expert in federal contract management, with extensive experience in grant preparation and execution for agencies such as the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, and NASA. Additionally, she has established and led successful Sales Operations teams, developing processes for forecasting, pipeline management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). As a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Super User, Sara is skilled in aligning the right tools with operational needs.
Sara holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts.
